Alfa Romeo 6C 3000 (1948 to 1954)

The Alfa Romeo 6C 3000 was a run of prototype and racing cars built by Alfa Romeo starting in 1948. Originally, three prototypes of a four door saloon version of 6C 3000 were built, but the project was dropped in 1949. Soon after, a run of racing cars using the 3.0L inline six engine emerged, such as the 6C 3000 PR, 6C 3000 C50, and the 6C 3000 CM.
