The fourth generation of Cadillac Series 75 was introduced for the 1950 model year. This new generation of Series 75 saw updated styling, and was easily distinguishable from other Cadillacs of the time by its high headroom roof. The fourth generation Series 75 was offered as a sedan or limousine, and was powered by a 5.4L V8 engine. Production of the 4th gen Series 75 continued until 1953, when it was replaced by the Fifth Generation Cadillac Series 75.
