The Mercedes-Benz CLK240 was a variant of the W209 CLK-Class that debuted for the 2003 model year. The CLK 240 was offered in both Coupe and Convertible body styles and was powered by Mercedes' M112 E26 engine, which was a 2.6L V6 that had an output of 168hp. Power from this engine was sent to the rear wheels via manual or automatic transmission options. Production of the W209 Mercedes-Benz CLK240 ended in 2005 when it was replaced by the W209 Mercedes-Benz CLK280.
