The Volkswagen Beetle (A5) was introduced in 2012. The follow up to the New Beetle, the A5 Beetle is referred to as the A5 due to the name of the platform it uses. Channling the classic Type 1's styling, the Beetle was offered with a variety of inline 4 engines as well as one inline 5 option. The A5 Beetle was built until 2019.
