The fifth generation of Pontiac Parisienne was introduced in 1977. The Pontiac Parisienne was a Canada specific model based on the Chevrolet Impala that was offered as a coupe or sedan, and was fitted with a range of V8 engines. The fifth generation Parisienne was built until 1989, and was the only generation of Parisienne that was offered in the States, being sold between 1983 and 1989.
