For the 2017 model year, Mercedes-Benz introduced the S-Class Cabriolet. Known internally as the A217, this new car marks the first time Mercedes has offered a four seater convertible in over 40 years. Available with a V8 or V12 engine, the S-Class Cabriolet is a top of the line open top luxury car capable of matching performance with refinement. A special limited run variant, the Mercedes-Maybach S 650 Cabriolet was also introduced in 2017 with only 300 examples produced. Other noticeable variants were offered like the S550, S560, S63 AMG 4MATIC, and the S65 AMG.
