The Mercedes-Benz E320 was a variant of the S210 E-Class Wagon that was introduced for the 1997 model year. The E320 wagon was powered by Mercedes' M112.941 engine, which was a 3.2L V6 that had an output of 224hp and 232 lb ft of torque and was paired to a 5 speed automatic transmission. Although the E320 was rear wheel drive, an all wheel drive version known as the E320 4MATIC was also offered. Sold until 2003, the S210 E320 was replaced by the S211 Mercedes-Benz E320. By the end of production, a total of 29,078 examples of the S210 Mercedes-Benz E320 were built.
