The performance-oriented SRT8 returned to the Grand Cherokee lineup in 2012 with an updated 6.4L Hemi V8 that produced 475hp and 470 lb-ft of torque. This model included many of the luxury appointments from the Overland with adaptive suspension, performance-tuned steering, Brembo brakes behind 20" forged aluminum wheels.  Leather/suede sport seats, carbon fiber trim, and color-keyed grille, side sills, and rear spoiler gave it a distinctive look.
