The Ford Shelby Mustang GT-H was a variant of the 3rd Gen Shelby Mustang that was available in 2016, 2019, and 2022. The GT-H (also referred to as the Shelby GT Heritage) paid tribute to the original rent-a-racer, the 1966 Shelby Mustang GT350H. These cars benefitted from improved brakes, suspension, as well as various cosmetic tweaks including some with the signature black paint with gold racing stripes. For the 2016 model year, power for the GT-H came from a naturally aspirated 5.0L Coyote V8. For 2019 and 2022, the GT-H was available with either a naturally aspirated or a supercharged 5.0L Coyote V8 that sent drive to the rear wheels via a manual or automatic transmission. For the 2016 model year, only 171 examples were built. For 2019 and 2022, production numbers are unknown.
