Debuting for the 1994 model year, the SN-95 Ford Mustang was the first evolution of the Fourth Generation Mustang. The SN-95 Mustang featured a range of cosmetic and mechanical upgrades and improvements over the previous Third Generation "Fox Body" Mustang, but it was still based on a modified version of the Fox platform. These new Mustangs were available in coupe or convertible body styles, and were equipped with V6 or V8 engines. Notable variants for the SN-95 included the GT, SVT Cobra, and SVT Cobra R. Due to the Mustangs popularity, it was commonly turned into a Race Car. Production of the SN-95 Fourth Generation Mustang ended in 1998, when it was replaced by the facelifted SN-99 Fourth Generation Ford Mustang.
