The 1995 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R was a limited production, high performance variant of the SN-95 Fourth Generation Ford Mustang. Continuing in the path of the 1993 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R, these high performance coupes were only available in Crystal White, and with a Saddle cloth interior. As the SVT Cobra R was designed as a track-focused car, options were kept to a minimum, and various weight saving measures were taken across the car. Power came from a 300hp 5.8L V8 that was paired to a 5 speed manual transmission that sent drive to the rear wheels. Just a total of 250 examples of the 1995 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R were built. In 2000, the Cobra R was reborn as the 2000 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R.
