The Ford GT Heritage Editions were special editions of the 2nd Gen Ford GT that were first introduced for 2017. The Heritage Editions featured special paint schemes inspired by race-winning Ford GT40s. The first four Heritage Editions celebrated famous Le Mans victories, and were the '66 Heritage Edition, '67 Heritage Edition, '68 Heritage Edition, and '69 Heritage Edition. A later version, known as the 2021 '66 Daytona Heritage Edition, celebrated the 1966 Daytona winning GT40. Other variants include the Holman Moody Heritage Edition and Alan Mann Heritage Edition. Lastly, a '64 Heritage Edition that pays tribute to the sole remaining GT40 prototype (GT/105) was also offered.
