Introduced for the 2016 model year, the Dodge Viper ACR was a high performance variant of the Fifth Generation Dodge Viper (VX I). The ACR, short for American Club Racer, was given a range of improvements over standard Viper models that included a carbon fiber aero kit featuring a large rear wing, bespoke carbon ceramic Brembo brakes, and a ten setting adjustable suspension. The 645hp 8.4L V10 engine was the same as was offered in other Viper variants, as well as the 6 speed manual transmission. The ACR was offered with the GTC customization package, as well as the "Extreme" aero package as notable options. Production of the Dodge Viper ACR lasted until 2017, when the Viper was discontinued.
