The W150 is a variant of the 1st Gen Dodge Ram that debuted for the 1981 model year. The W150 is a half-ton, four wheel drive pickup, available in short or long bed format and also available in an extended or standard cab. The W signified four-wheel drive and was accompanied by a Power Ram badge, not to be confused with the Power Wagon. The W150 was offered with a variety of six-cylinder and V8 powerplants, including diesel options. Production of the 1st Gen W150 ended in 1993.
