The Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat was a performance-focused variant of the 7th Gen Dodge Charger that was introduced for the 2015 model year. The Hellcat featured an updated front fascia on the exterior compared to the standard SRT Charger, but under the hood is a powerful 707hp 6.2L V8. This engine sends all its power through a unique 8-speed automatic transmission to the rear wheels. An even more potent variant of the Charger Hellcat was also built, the Charger Hellcat Redeye.
