The Chevrolet Corvette 35th Anniversary Edition was a special edition variant of the C4 Corvette that was created to celebrate the Corvette's 35th birthday. Only available in 1988, the 35th Anniversary Edition was offered in a semi-convertible body style (often referred to as Coupe), and featured an all white theme (paint, interior, wheels) that led to the nickname "Triple White Corvette." These cars were powered by Chevrolet's L89 V8 engine, which was a 350ci naturally aspirated powerplant that had an output of 240hp. This engine was paired to an Automatic or Manual transmission. Of the 2,050 examples of the C4 Chevrolet Corvette 35th Anniversary Edition, only 180 were equipped with a manual.
