Only available for the 1988 model year, these cars were created to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Chevrolet Corvette. Power came from the L89 V8 engine, which was a 350ci naturally aspirated powerplant that had an output of 240hp. This engine was paired to a 4 speed automatic transmission, sending drive to the rear wheels. A total of 1,870 examples of the automatic-equipped Chevrolet Corvette 35th Anniversary Edition were built.
