The Fifth Generation of Cadillac Escalade was introduced for the 2021 model year. This new generation of luxury SUV was offered in rear wheel drive or all wheel drive configurations, and featured a selection of engine options including the all-electric Escalade EV. While the standard engine was a naturally aspirated 6.2L V8, the sporty Escalade-V featured a more powerful supercharged version. A wide variety of trim options were offered, including Luxury, Sport, Premium Luxury, and Sport Platinum.
