The third generation of Cadillac Eldorado was introduced for the 1957 model year. The thrid generation Eldorado was offered as a two or four door hardtop, as well as a convertible. The convertible was known as the Biarritz, the coupe as the Seville, and the four door as the Brougham. This new generation Eldorado was powered by a 6.0L V8 engine, and was in production until 1958, when it was replaced by the Fourth Generation Cadillac Eldorado.
