The BMW M3 Competition was a variant of the G80 BMW M3 that was introduced for the 2021 model year. The Competition was a rear wheel drive car, and should not be confused with the all wheel drive Competition xDrive. Exclusively built in a sedan body style, the Competition featured a 503hp version of BMW's S58 engine. This 3.0L twin-turbocharged inline six powerplant sent drive to the rear wheels through an 8 speed automatic transmission.
