The seventh generation of the BMW 3 Series, known as the G20, was introduced in 2019. Powered by a series of turbocharged inline three, inline four, and inline six engines, the G20 also features a number of hybrid and diesel options. Variants built include the 330e, 330i, 330i xDrive, M340i, and M340i xDrive, with the well-known M3 as the top offering.
