The 325Xi was a variant of the E46 BMW 3 Series that was introduced for the 2001 model year. The 325Xi was offered as an all wheel drive sedan or station wagon, and was powered by BMW's M54B25 engine. This 2.5L inline six engine generated 184hp in North American specification (189hp in Euro spec), and sent its power to all four wheels through manual and automatic transmission options. Production of the E46 325Xi lasted until 2005, although the model series continued in the next generation E90 BMW 3 Series.
