In 2012, Aston Martin introduced the Virage. Created to fill the gap between the DB9 and the DBS, the Virage was a short lived model as the update to the DB9 rendered the model unnecessary in the Aston Martin lineup. The V12 powered Virage might have been built for a short period of time, but its styling cues and engineering updates found their way into the updated DB9.
