The Alfa Romeo Type 105 Giulia was first introduced in 1962. The Type 105 Giulia family of cars covers a large group of automobiles produced by Alfa Romeo until 1978. The Giulia was produced as a Berlina (sedan), Spider (convertible), and Coupe. The coupe family of Giulia cars included the Sprint and Sprint Speciale, which were carried over from the Giulietta. The Sprint GT & GTV and GTC cars are also part of the Giulia family, and represented a shift in styling from the Giulietta-based models.
